100 Weighted Squats
100 Deadlifts
100 Alternating Weighted Lunges (total lunges)
*Start clock and do
2 Broad Jumps & 2 Jumping Lunges
with the remainder of the 60 seconds, work towards completing the 100 Squats, Deadlifts and Lunges
At the top of every minute, do the Broad Jumps and Jumping Lunges
*Go up by 2 every minute on the minute until you reach 10 reps and start again at 2.
