Each class is led by one of our Koaches and is uniquely designed to push anyone at any level.  We can scale any workout for those who are just starting their fitness journey or have limitations on movements.  We have a variety of classes that are guaranteed to provide growth for every athlete from professional fighters and athletes to those just starting their journey.


Boxing is an interval-based heavy bag class focused on teaching you boxing combinations combined with bodyweight exercises to challenge your cardio, build upper and lower body endurance and coordination. All levels are welcome and encouraged to try!

When High Intensity Interval Training on a heavy bag meets Kickboxing, it makes for a fun, empowering, total body workout.  High energy Koaches and motivating music matches the vibe in this fast paced class.  All levels are welcome and encouraged to try!

Beatdown is a fun, high energy and rhythm based kickboxing class on the Heavy Bags.  Expect fun combinations, body weight exercises, some strength training and band work all choreographed to your favorite songs. All levels are welcome and encouraged to try!

FIGHT FIT is a 3 classes per week series of strength and conditioning workouts designed to build strength and endurance while focusing on a specific body group per class. Look for FF Upper Body, FF Lower Body and FF Total Body on the schedule and be sure to get all 3 classes in per week! 
A strength training class focusing on Upper Body lifts and exercises. These workouts will be designed to build strength and endurance, toning and definition to your core, chest, back, biceps, triceps and shoulders using Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, TRX and more.
A strength training class focusing on Lower Body lifts and exercises. These workouts will be designed to strengthen, build endurance, tone and define your lower body using Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, TRX and more.
A total body strength training workout which could include all the things like Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Rowers, TRX, Plyo Boxes, Body Weight Movements, Medicine Balls, Slam Balls, Climbing Ropes, Battle Ropes, and more.



A 45 Minute circuit workout that will mimic a Pro MMA Fighter’s (5x) 5 Minute rounds.  This class will have 10 Minutes of warm-up, 25 Minutes of hard work and a 5 Minute Bonus Knockout round to finish. This class will incorporate a mix of Cardio, Strength Training, High Intensity Interval Training, while rotating through a variety of stations using Assault Bikes, Assault Runners (*NEW!), Kettlebells, Heavy Bags, TRX, Rowers, Battle Ropes, Barbells, Dumbbells and more.

Spend 60 minutes on your mat, restoring your mind, body and soul in our yoga classes.  Our teachers take you through a purposeful and thoughtful class with moving playlists to help bring recovery, flexibility and restoration after a tough workout, an injury, or simply dealing with the normal happening’s of daily life.  A little self-care goes a long way, treat yo’self!



We are a proud affiliate of  The Bang Muay Thai System which is designed by UFC coach of the year Duane Ludwig along with the best coaches in mixed martial arts.  The BMT program is a Hybrid of Martial Arts that use an assortment of tools & concepts from Western Boxing, Dutch Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Kyokushin Karate, & Wrestling.  Years of studying these formats, Sensei Ludwig and his team have streamlined MMA to form the world’s most elite striking system for Mixed Martial Arts and it continually evolves with the sport. The BMT system has a curriculum we follow which will provide you the tools you need to rank up on your testing days.
Because BMT is a ranked martial art, you must start your journey as a “white belt” which means you must wear a white shirt to get on the mats and participate.
Bang Muay Thai will work striking drills, exercises and combinations to grow your skill set as a Martial Artist with a partner and on Thai pads.

Equipment needed:
Ranked color T-Shirt, Boxing gloves, MMA Shin Guards, and Ninja Scrolls (a journal to record combinations and content learned in class.)

is a martial art based on grappling and ground fighting, focusing on the skill of controlling one’s opponent through techniques that force him or her to submit. It prides itself in being known as the “gentle art”, allowing a smaller, weaker person to use leverage and submissions (chokes, locks) to defend himself against a bigger opponent. With origins in Judo (Newaza) and Japanese Jujutsu, it has since been adapted and modified by Carlos Gracie and his family to become the martial art it is today.
Contrary to popular belief, studies show that 95% of street fights end on the ground. The techniques you learn in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, which focuses on taking your opponent down to the ground and keeping them there, enables you to attack or get into a more dominant position. This gives you the upper hand at all times in a real-life self-defense situation.
*Anyone: women, men, and even children as young as 5 years old can practice Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Because it is an art that is designed for a smaller, weaker practitioner to subdue much larger and stronger opponents, virtually anyone of any size, age or sex can practice Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. All levels are welcome and encouraged to try!
We offer both Gi and No-Gi BJJ classes.

Put your training to the test with open mat sparring.  You don’t have to be a fighter to spar or fight, we encourage all to try sparring. Our team is here to help you evolve in your Martial Arts journey and build confidence in your skill set.


Open Mat/Gym provides members open access to the facility for your own workout. All rooms not in class session are accessible. Non-members can sign up for Open Gym/Mat as a class during designated hours for a drop in fee.
